Agreement Between User and Overhead Radar

Welcome to Overhead Radar. The Overhead Radar website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Full-Tilt Computing Limited trading as Overhead Radar ("Overhead Radar"). Access to and use of Overhead Radar is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of Overhead Radar constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Service Overview

Overhead Radar is a mobile app that brings nearby aircraft, weather radar and practical forecasts together in one place. You can view aircraft in your area on a live map, explore current and forecast weather, and choose a weather focus (such as Everyday, Farming, Marine, Construction, Driving, Aviation, Holiday or Outdoors) tailored to what you are doing.

Privacy

Your use of Overhead Radar is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully, as it also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection and processing practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting Overhead Radar or sending emails to us constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. The Overhead Radar platform is currently provided free of charge. Some features may be restricted to registered members. If paid features are introduced, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Prohibited Transactions

Overhead Radar will not conduct business with or provide services to individuals or entities in countries sanctioned by the UK government or relevant authorities.
